This workshop will also also focus on correct alignment in the pose. Working from head to toe, a yin practice increases health and circulation in the entire body.

- Using myofascial and trigger point release therapy to increase flow of prana to areas of poor circulation.
- Applying meditative and pranayama techniques to further concentrate your attention and energy.
