New Summer Schedule – Starts June 5th

We’ve modified our schedule for the summer season (effective Monday, June 5th). Below are highlights of the changes. You can always view our full schedule online and find all your favorite classes and teachers!

Class Descriptions for NEW CLASSES

Warm Radiant Yang Flow + Yin – An active class in a Warm (not hot) room, complimented by graceful, deep stretching to promote the discovery of stillness in action. Feel the far infrared waves warm the body to a temperature that gives you just enough support to promote ultimate health. You will be glowing with wellness! (Active – All Levels/strong beginner)

Yoga for Lunch -Basic and intermediate postures building into a strong sequence linked with the breath; aerobic and challenging. Emphasis on inversions and balancing asanas . For fit or more experienced students.

1-2 Flow and Unwind – Come to this up-paced, all levels yoga class to open your heart to all that yoga offers and get your heart beating a little faster to keep it and your body happy and healthy! Explore new and challenging variations of Sun Salutations followed by balance and/or inversion sequences that will both tone and strengthen, as well as melt away the stresses of the day. Then move into some deep stretches to balance the practice, unwind tension and help you to drop into a deep and restful savasana. If you’re looking for something that is a little more than a traditional Level 1-2 class offers and a good workout based on traditional yoga practices, THIS is the one for you!

Yin -Deeply held postures (3-5 minute stretches) that target joint capsules and fascial knots with a meditative focus to release back, hips, shoulders and legs. The profound depth of poses develops stillness and reduces stiffness, freeing up joints an improving overall well-being. Can be very rewarding for those with stiffness or chronic pain, develops focus and stillness.
