Join the party! This fun exploration into true relaxation is a really gentle practice suitable for all levels, and even folks with no yoga experience at all. You just need an open mind, and the willingness to feel absolutely awesome. In this practice you’ll discover the real reason you feel so stressed out, and go home with the perfect remedy to soothe your nerves.

- Why you’re stressing and what’s the cure
- Pranayama for calm nerves
- Mudra to dispel doubt
- Guided visualization for relaxation
- Journaling big questions
- Restorative yoga
- Meditation for peace

Please bring your mat, super comfy clothes (pjs not required, but highly encouraged!) water, pen and journal or paper.
