Ellen McCandless began practicing yoga in her living room in 2000 and fell in love with the stability and acceptance she found in yoga. She became a yoga addict quickly, and studied a wide variety of yoga styles including Hot Yoga, Anusara, and Yin practices. Ellen received her 200RYT from Inner Vision Yoga in 2010 and began teaching in 2013. Currently, she is participating in the Healing Emphasis Yoga Teacher Training at Inner Vision, studying the therapeutic aspects of yoga. Ellen truly believes that yoga is for everyone and encourages her students to regularly devote time to the self, to listen to one’s body, and find the right yoga practice to heal the mind, body, and soul.
