Rebecca Rosen first learned how to meditate when she was 9 years at Dance Camp. She cultivated a dedicated practice over the last few decades studying with some of the greatest instructors in New York City, Los Angeles and now in Phoenix. She spent countless hours in Anusara, Kundalini, Iyengar and Hot Yoga studios. Yoga and meditation taught her how to connect with her body physically, and spiritually in uncompetitive, process oriented way. Yoga gave Rebecca the tools to really look inside herself, investigate her real desires, and define her personal bliss. Yoga enabled her to confront her fears and create clear succinct intentions, which emerged from her heart’s most protected voice. These practices are the groundwork for being fully in the now of our human experience on all levels, exponentially expanding self-actualization and joy!
