Sama DavidsonDiscovering yoga in 2009 as a compliment to her fitness routine, Sama Davidson found it helped not only with recovery, endurance and flexibility but it also allowed her to feel grounded, more patient and committed. She credits her practice for giving her the balance and focus to still the chaos surrounding her busy life and for this reason, loves to share yoga with others. Sama holds E-RYT 200, RYT 500 hour certification and is passionate about her teaching. She enjoys guiding creative and fun classes for students of all levels and backgrounds.
