We will explore how to use breath, sound and movement practices to cope with grief and the various emotions that are often present with grief. Learn how to safely transform pain and struggle to peace and purpose.
Please bring a water, a mat, pen and paper and a memento if you desire. As we close our time together, indulge in an extended shavasana accompanied by a soothing sound bath. Allow the enchanting vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes to envelop you, quieting your mind and nourishing your soul.
