Angela Sanchez, RYT 500 hr, is a fifth generation Arizona native who began her regular yoga practice and fitness journey in
2008 due to minor health problems due to stress and less-than-ideal eating habits.
She discovered that a regular yoga practice not only helped to strengthen her body, but also
allowed her to be the best version of herself that she could be “off the mat.” Angela completed her 200-
hour YTT training at Inner Vision Yoga in 2020 and immediately began teaching around the
valley. Shehas also completed a 300-hour YTT for a total of 500 hrs, and continues to learn from the practice and her teaching every day.
By day, Angela works a challenging corporate job and enjoys a rigorous weightlifting regimen to supplement her yoga practice!
Her yoga classes combine her love of music with fun, mindful and challenging sequences, providing time to reflect, relax and de stress after a long day.
