Balance Your Chakras! Yoga and Healing Crystals with Ellen and Karmie
Saturday, Apr 4th, 2020
12:30 – 2:30 PM
$25 by Mar 28th; $35 after Mar 28th
This two hour offering will focus on balancing the chakras through yoga, mudras, healing crystals and guided meditation.
“Blocked” or overactive chakras are metaphors for physical, emotional or energetic challenges and life-projects.
These imbalances become evident based on feelings and certain physical characteristics. Aligning and opening these energy centers which correspond to major nerve plexi, opens outstanding opportunities for inner growth and healing.
Using expertly guided self-reflection and self-assessment, in this worship you will learn to:
- Determine where any imbalances or mid-alignment may be present.
- Build a chakra balancing toolbox to boost healing and integration with affirmations, crystals, mudras and poses (asana).
- Experience a chakra balancing physical practice and guided meditation, incorporating what’s been learned to customize a home practice for future imbalances.
Each participant is invited to bring their own set of chakra aligned crystals or may purchase a set from the teachers for $10 to use in their home practice. Practice is for all levels.
