Discover YOUR unique options and adjustments in popular poses that you do every class. Maximize each pose for health, strength and flexibility to make your practice a somatic meditation. Get plenty of options to improve posture and get positive results throughout any yoga class!
- Enter and leave poses to build the most strength and flexibility.
- Practice techniques and cues that help you to go deeper into a pose in the most healthy way for you.
- Learn breathing and focusing techniques that help you change the way your body functions
Get ready for a deep dive into YOU to build profound strength, flexibility and healing. You will get a workout as well as lots of positive instruction and analysis. Bring your phone for before and after pictures in each pose if you want.
