Amanda Mitchell


Amanda Mitchell
has been studying yoga since 2006, when she began a physical practice because she wanted to challenge her body to reach new horizons. She stayed with the practice for the hidden iceberg of freedom and understanding that yoga revealed. She completed her 200-hour RYT training through IVY in 2009. As a former high school teacher, she is passionate about spreading love and light through learning. She currently lives a nomadic lifestyle with her husband, Nate, exploring the world to experience its diversity of food, hikes, &, of course, yoga!
