Lisa Jane Vargas is a holistic health and wellness professional with a passion for teaching the therapeutic benefits of yoga, helping others to heal from the inside out. Her experience includes over 22 years in the mental and behavioral health field with an emphasis in addictions, eating disorders, trauma, chronic pain, depression and anxiety. She is a trauma-informed trained teacher and integrates her education from Inner Vision Yoga with her continued training to apply yoga for the challenges of today.
She has spent a lifetime researching and studying healing modalities in the physical, psychological and spiritual realms and how they integrate with yoga and wellness.
Lisa Jane is a 300 Hour certified therapeutic yoga practitioner (HEY) and 200 Hour certified yoga teacher. She has been practicing and teaching for over 15 years and is inspired to share the healing benefits of yoga. Having a work-life flow is important to her and she enjoys playing tennis, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
