Sara embraced yoga to relieve back pain, while healing physically, she discovered the inner peace, balance and gratitude with each practice. Sara inspires her students to discover their own inner peace and joy on and off the mat using pranayama, alignment and awareness. After years of yoga she also became a certified Medical Qigong instructor which has helped her align her passion for traditional Chinese medicine with movement. For 22 years Sara worked as a school counselor helping homeless and refugee students connect with the peace , love and harmony within themselves. Aligning peace and grace with movement and breath is her focus.
